I draw from the styles and techniques used in Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, craniosacral therapy and acupressure to create a tailor-made treatment that suits the client's specific needs, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. On your first visit, I will spend about 15 minutes (more or less) taking a brief health history that will help guide your treatment.

1 Hour Hot Stone Massage

Smooth basalt stones are warmed gently and placed at key points on the body, as well as used in the massage. The heat and weight of the stones promote a deeper relaxation of the muscles, enabling a deeper massage with less pressure from the therapist. Hot stone massage is perfect for those who are sensitive to deep pressure, are looking for a bit of chronic pain relief, those who always seem to feel the cold, or anyone else who just wants to relax!
1/2 Hour Hot Stone Neck and Shoulder Massage

This is a targeted 30-minute treatment for the muscles of the neck and upper shoulder area. This is a deeply-relaxing experience, and the perfect treatment to address a stiff neck or tension headache.
